How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can track your order here.
If you haven’t received a tracking email within 2–3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us for assistance.
Where is August made?
We are proud to work with suppliers throughout Asia to produce our products.
Is August ethical and sustainable?
August values quality and ethical production.
All of our pieces are made in small batches to reduce environmental impact.
Our factories and suppliers are properly vetted to ensure that they share our commitment to transparency, ethics and sustainability.
How do I care for my pieces?
Routine Cleaning: While stainless steel is highly resistant to tarnishing, it can still accumulate dirt and oils over time. To clean your jewelry, gently wipe it with a soft, lint-free cloth. For a deeper clean, you can use warm water and a mild soap. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry.
Avoid Harsh Chemicals: While waterproof, prolonged exposure to harsh chemicals like chlorine, bleach, or strong detergents may dull the finish of your jewelry. It's best to remove your jewelry before using these substances.
Storage: Store your jewelry in a clean, dry place, ideally in a jewelry box or pouch to prevent scratches.
Polishing: If your jewelry loses some of its shine, you can use a jewelry polishing cloth designed for stainless steel.

How much does shipping cost?
We are proud to offer free shipping.
How long does shipping take?
Your order will be processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days.
The shipment time will vary on which option you choose at checkout, however see below for delivery estimates:
Australian Standard Delivery - 10 - 14 Days (please allow 1-3 business days for processing)
Do you ship internationally?
We don't currently ship internationally.
Where are your orders shipped from?
All items are packed with love and care and shipped from our warehouse facility in Asia.
Will I pay duties and taxes?
Please note import tax and duty is subject to your own country and will not be an expense covered by The August Jewellery. Please be aware of the tax and duty regulations of your country before ordering.
Returns
Return & Exchange policy
Site-Wide Sales & Final Sale Items:
- Items purchased during site-wide sales or marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or refunds.
- Please carefully review your order before finalizing your purchase.
Return Process:
- Items are eligible for returns within 10 days of being delivered, provided they meet our return criteria.
- To initiate a return, please contact us.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging included.
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs on exchanged items.
- Insurance for returned items is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance to protect against loss or damage during transit.
- Once your return is received and meets our return criteria, we will process an exchange or refund within 5 business days.
- The original cost of shipping is non-refundable and will not be included in any credit notes issued.
Returns Criteria: To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging included.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact us with your order details and pictures of the damaged or incorrect product.
- We’ll work to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently.
Returning a Gift:
- If you wish to return a gift, you can contact us to initiate the process.
- Please note that all other return and exchange policies, including eligibility criteria and shipping costs, still apply.
Earrings Policy:
- Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns for refunds on earrings.
- We understand that a change of mind can occur, and we would be happy to exchange the earrings for another pair or offer you store credit.
International Orders:
- We do not offer a return option for international orders.
- To ensure faster delivery and avoid delays, we highly recommend pre-paying duty taxes at checkout. Pre-paying duties helps prevent parcels from being held at local sorting facilities or waiting for email instructions from local couriers on how to settle taxes.
- For orders shipping to the Middle East, the best option is to select express shipping to minimize delays and ensure timely delivery.
Additional Policies:
- Tarnishing over time is not considered a fault and does not qualify for returns or exchanges.

I ordered the wrong item, what can I do?
Once orders are processed, they are immediately sent to our warehouse for shipment and we will not be able to facilitate any order changes. If you do make a mistake on your order - please contact us and we will assist.
